Paintings Inspired by Devon and Cornwall
A Plymouth based artist, constantly moved by the coast, countryside, cities and towns of Devon and Cornwall. My original watercolour and mixed media landscape paintings capture the diversity of this unique region: From atmospheric Plymouth cityscapes to the picturesque nostalgia of Cawsand and Kingsand on the Rame Peninsula. Inspired by vintage picture postcards, I often like to work on a smaller scale, creating memories and souvenirs of less obvious locations.
A devotee of classic vehicles, my work can also feature characterful cars, buses or tractors.
